THE SPACE: The apartment features a cozy bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the dining area, with its panoramic view, will allow you to spend pleasant moments enjoying the peace of the place and the beautiful view. The balcony, hovering over the lake, will make you feel as if you are floating in the sky with a view of the lake and the majestic mountains in front.
USEFUL INFORMATION: According to Italian law, personal identification documents of each guest will be required before check-in. To expedite the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent via email along with the booking confirmation. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. In this facility, it is mandatory to separate waste. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner’s rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the lease agreement and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
