The rate on our site is the best rate and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The guest pays the total amount of the booking if they cancel at any time after the booking. If the guest does not show up, they will have to pay the total amount of the booking. It is possible to request the rate with cancellation 7 or 14 days before check-in by sending an email to [email protected]; in this case, the rate may vary by a percentage which will be specified at the time of request

A deposit is required for each apartment; the specified amount will be pre-authorised before entry and refunded after check-out. The release of the amount will occur within the timeframes set by the banks and the systems used for this transaction. Please note that the agency will not collect this sum, and should any damage be found in the property, the guest will be notified via the email and contact information provided during the booking
