As you soak in the charming atmosphere of a central but quiet street, you'll be surrounded by boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, plus major sights are just a short walk away. Explore the timeless beauty of Como's lakefront, just a short walk from your door. The Apartment: The main feature that makes this studio comfortable is the foldaway bed under the lounge. When it comes time to rest, a simple gesture is all it takes for a cosy double bed to appear, inviting you to peaceful dreams. The well-equipped kitchenette gives you the freedom to prepare delicious meals, but don't forget to also savour the local culinary delights the area has to offer. In addition to its inherent charm, the studio is air-conditioned to maintain a pleasant temperature in all seasons. In addition, the presence of a washer/dryer makes your stay even more comfortable and carefree. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian laws, each guest's personal ID will be required before check-in. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email along with their booking confirmation. In this structure, it is mandatory to separate waste. Money laundering laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
