🛏️It is located on the fourth floor, but you can use the elevator* from the first floor to easily reach it. Inside you will find everything you need to spend your short or long holidays comfortably. A washing machine, bedding, soft towels and body care products are provided for your comfort. Lying on the soft bed you can see the spires of the Duomo and the starry sky of Como. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is the perfect solution for a pleasant and service-filled vacation. * We warn people sensitive to using the elevator that it is a freight elevator and therefore to activate it the movement button must be held down and the ascent speed is slower. This neighborhood is quiet and elegant. This quiet and elegant neighborhood offers the opportunity to fully experience life in the center of Como, surrounded by everything this charming city has to offer. Just 100 metres from the lake and 60 metres from the Duomo, you will be immersed in Como's main tourist attractions. You'll be in the middle of shopping streets like Vittorio Emanuele, where you can explore boutiques selling elegant brands, while the smaller streets are filled with cozy shops, bars, wineries, and restaurants. You won't have to waste time getting around because you'll have everything nearby. You can visit all the beauty of the lake from the lake using the ferry service or enjoy the view of the lake from above by climbing the Brunate funicular. By taking the local train line, you could also reach the center of Milan. If you are passionate about culture, the theater is only 500 meters away.
🚗Ease of travel: The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone; parking is located around the city walls. You can park your car at the Autosilo Valduce on Viale Lecco, the Jaska Parking Lot in Piazza Volta, the Autosilo Comunale on Via Adriano Auguadri, or, if you prefer an affordable option, the Autosilo Quarto Ponte on Viale Innocenzo XI.
🏘️Remember that all guests are required to pay a tourist tax and that under Italian law, before check-in, each guest's personal identity document will be required.

🧾The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out. Please note that payment will require a security deposit, which will then be returned upon checkout in the absence of damage.
