The property offers covered parking and a swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests of the two apartments, where you can relax and cool off after a day of exploration.
THE APARTMENTS
🏠 Luxury 1 is located on the ground floor, offers two bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The two bathrooms both have a spacious shower, the kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge has direct access to the terrace. Keyword: space and impeccability.
🏠 Luxury 2 (which you will find in our apartment offer by searching for MG LUXURY 2) is located upstairs, offering beds for 5 people instead of 6, thanks to two bedrooms (one with a mezzanine). Two bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a lounge where you can relax in company and the same view of the pool.
You can book both and in this case the use of the pool will be exclusive.

NOTE WELL
👥 All guests are required to pay a tourist tax
According to Italian laws, the personal ID of each guest will be required before check-in

🧾 The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out
We note that with the payment a security deposit will be requested which will then be returned at the time of check out in the absence of damages
