Situated in a comfortable and quiet location, the apartment offers bright and functional environments. The living area consists of a large living room, the kitchen is separate, modern and fully equipped. From the living room and master bedroom you enter a covered terrace, ideal for relaxing moments or outdoor lunches in any season.
The apartment has two rooms, one double and one with two single beds. In the living room a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate two more people. This arrangement allows us to accommodate 6 people in a spacious and comfortable apartment from all points of view

According to Italian laws, the personal ID of each guest will be required before check-in

🧾 The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out
We note that with the payment a security deposit will be requested which will then be returned at the time of check out in the absence of damages
