The apartment is located a few km from Como surrounded by the greenery of the countryside. After passing Volta's villa you take a small road that leads to a village from another time. Here time stands still and we abandon ourselves to tranquility and memories, of when as children we played ball in the courtyard with mothers who waited until the sun came down to return home. This apartment has this flavor, in a modern key given the current furnishings and complete renovation.

According to Italian laws, the personal ID of each guest will be required before check-in

🧾 The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out
We note that with the payment a security deposit will be requested which will then be returned at the time of check out in the absence of damages
