We are located in the central street of Cernobbio, a short walk from Villa d'Este and Lake Como. Just step outside to enter the historic bar populated by all the residents and tourists of the neighborhood. The apartments are designed with a modern and functional aesthetic, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and white lacquered cabinets to maximize space. Apartament 1, is a studio on the ground floor. Apartamenti 2 and 3 on the first floor, all are located in the same building, it is also ideal for groups who want to stay together. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian laws, each guest's personal ID will be required before check-in. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email along with their booking confirmation. In this structure, it is mandatory to separate waste. Money laundering laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
