We are located in the central street of Cernobbio, a characteristic village adjacent to Villa d'Este. From the venue, through a characteristic secondary exit, you enter directly into the ancient world of Cernobbio.

🛏️Apartment 2 is a studio on the first floor, in the same building we offer other beds in separate apartments, they are also ideal for groups who want to be together. A few steps from the historic church and in typical local shops, not least the renowned Harry's bar, a destination for all illustrious and famous guests. The apartments were designed with a modern and functional aesthetic, equipped with latest-generation appliances to maximize space. The small streets of the village lead to unique corners of the lake that have made this place a destination desired by the world's elite.
🏘️Remember that all guests are required to pay a tourist tax and that under Italian law, before check-in, each guest's personal identity document will be required.
🗝️To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out a "fast check in" link that is sent via email along with the booking confirmation.

🧾The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out. Please note that payment will require a security deposit, which will then be returned upon checkout in the absence of damage.
