The bedroom offers a comfortable bed that will give you a restful night's sleep and is the ideal place to wake up and admire the morning light coming in through the window overlooking the balcony. The bathroom offers everything you need for a comfortable daily routine. Soft towels and body care products are provided for your comfort. The furnished loft is an ideal place to read a good book or simply relax. Simplicity, comfort and authenticity in the heart of Como. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, here you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
