🏠The apartment is located just a few steps from the city walls of the historic centre and offers a view of the entire city. It is designed to offer a truly comfortable place to couples to spend their holiday or honeymoon. The terrace offers a very special space where you can sip an aperitif at sunset and then go out for dinner in one of the restaurants below or simply cook a delicious meal after shopping in one of the local mini markets. 👥 All guests are required to pay a tourist tax
According to Italian laws, the personal ID of each guest will be required before check-in
🗝️ To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form
🧾 The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out
We note that with the payment a security deposit will be requested which will then be returned at the time of check out in the absence of damages
